Do you accept newly-licensed agents?
Yes, we do accept a limited number of high-caliber newly-licensed agents each year. Next Step Realty has developed a successful mentorship program in which all brand new agents are paired with an experienced top-producing agent as their mentor. Due to this level of commitment and interest in our agent's growth, our mentorship program has aided in new agents consistently scaling their sales to over $5 million in volume in their first year.
What commission plans do you offer?
We offer many commission split tiers. Our team will work with you to offer a split, tier determined by experience and sales volume upon joining the brokerage.
What support can I expect?
Next Step Realty offers our agents a tiered support system that grows annually with their sales volume. We are a full serviced brokerage bettering agents who should be out selling while we manage the backend. Support such as contract compliance management, scheduling of signs and photos, full branding, marketing support, and promotions on all listings. It only grows from there! Our agents also receive monthly trainings on the latest technology and systems available in our industry.
