Yu's passion for helping others was evident even before her career in real estate as she worked at several outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics in NJ, FL, and CA after graduating from Rutgers University, NJ in 2011. After making the cross-country move from CA to MD, Yu began her real estate career in 2016 as a transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and marketing for her team. With years of experience with contract compliance, being the liaison for agents, title companies, and lenders, and mastering the art of multi-tasking, Yu has taken all she learned and pursued her license in 2019. Since then, Yu has helped many families with the purchase and sale of their homes all throughout Maryland (from VA relocations in Anne Arundel, vacation homes on Kent Island, large acred homes in Carroll County to new constructions in Harford County).

Yu's main objective is to take the time to listen and learn about what her clients want and educate them to ensure they understand the process from start to end. Yu combines her attentiveness with her knowledge of the market and negotiating expertise to achieve the best possible outcome for them.

Yu is always willing to learn and grow, professionally and personally, so you will see she attends a lot of conferences, meets with many successful agents and teams, and even pursued her own rental portfolio to gain more knowledge of the investment world. When she is not working, you will find her traveling to as many different states and countries (her favorite being Turkey), spending time outdoors with her husband and two step-twins and their 100 lb. American Akita, or giving back to the community by being highly involved in Junior League, a non-profit volunteer organization.
