Prabh has excelled in real estate for over 5 years, and helps clients understand the importance of buying a home they own, not a house that owns them. She listens to people intently, especially first-time buyers, to ensure that she understands their needs and parameters, and finds the best-suited residence for them.

In addition to home purchases, Prabh also specializes in home sales and relocations throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Carroll County, MD. Having lived in five different states herself in a 10-year period, she is empathetic to those moving to new locales. One client relocating to Maryland fell in love with a home on the same street his father and other family members grew up on. Prabh deeply enjoyed walking down the street with his dad to see what changes took place, and sharing the experience with the family. That is the kind of care, attention and service she thrives on, and continually provides.

Born in Punjab, India, Prabh lived in a village on a little farm before moving to New Jersey at age 12 to pursue the American dream. Since then, she has lived on almost every coast of the U.S., in NJ, MD, AL, MA and California due to work. Prabh holds a Bachelor’s in Biological Science from Rutgers University, and worked as a researcher for the Dept. of Surgery, University of Maryland, School of Medicine. The lab’s focus was to eliminate the need of immunosuppressant drugs after an organ transplant. Extreme caution was necessary, teaching Prabh to perform well under pressure while fine tuning her attention to detail, critical thinking, time management and data analysis skills that are just as essential in real estate.

Clients praise her consultative approach, industry knowledge, positive attitude, diligence and hand-holding through every step of the process. A Maryland resident Prabh has enjoyed calling Baltimore City her home. She speaks fluent Punjabi, Hindi and English.

When she is not actively working with clients, she is challenging herself in the kitchen. Currently perfecting recipes for Sous vide, her latest gadget addition. She loves exploring new trails and areas with her puppy Pilot. Additionally, Prabh continuously enjoys learning and being on GBBR Education Committee as well as Realtor Political action committee.
