Noelle has served in real estate for the last 12 years in various capacities including realtor, transaction coordinator, training new agents, as well as marketing and event planning. Noelle brings an attention to detail behind the scenes that enables Patty Kallmyer & Company to offer impeccable customer service from beginning to end.

Before entering the real estate world, Noelle served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and then as a Licensed Practical Nurse before her husband retired from the military. Shortly following, the family relocated from Kansas to Maryland where Noelle is originally from. Given her nurturing spirit, Noelle has enjoyed caring for each client and each transaction's unique needs.

Noelle and her husband, Alex raised their three sons in Carroll County for the last 17 years before relocating into Baltimore County to be closer to her large family of parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews.
