Since 2021, Maisa Megahed has been committed to providing compassion and warmth to the process of buying and selling a home. As a native of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia area, Maisa is dedicated to providing expert knowledge in real estate to her community of clients, family, and friends.

As a first-generation American, Maisa’s parents impressed the value of hard work on their five children every step of the way. With a father immigrating from Cairo, Egypt, and a mother from Manilla, Philippines, the family established roots in Maryland in the early 2000s, providing Maisa with a unique perspective on the area landscape. Maisa’s parents embedded the importance of persistence and diligence at the core of her foundation of professional acumen, something she brings into each client relationship.

Maisa’s real estate expertise is coupled with a career in the legal industry. With over ten years of industry experience, she has spent her time excelling in her space, currently leading a team of twenty employees. Maisa’s extensive experience in customer care, contracts, negotiations, research, and management have complimented her contributions in Real Estate.
