With 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Lea White Young has worked on all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. Her remarkable management and organizational skills have taken her from behind the scenes to the forefront, closing several multi-billion dollar transactions.

Lea started her company, Square Biz Exchange, in Baltimore, using her networking and marketing skills to assist corporate and small businesses, with a special interest in minorities and women-owned businesses, to effectively network, market, brand, finance, and build their companies. Lea's core belief is that each person is a resource, and given the ability to cross-network, the opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships is endless.
 

Since transitioning, she is now married and a mother of two, with four bonus children. She has been extremely active in the community. She hosted an event for M.O.M.M.A teenage mothers shelter in Long Island, New York, is a member of the Randallstown NAACP. Lea is on a personal mission to increase awareness of Domestic Violence with her organization Silence Breakers.
 

She has been a member of the Council of Urban Real Estate, The New York Young Professionals in Real Estate Association, The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, has a professional profile in the New York Real Estate Journal, and received the Endless Voice Productions "A Woman's Worth Silence Breaker of 2019” award. Lea is also very proud of the honorable mentions, and several philanthropic and journalistic contributions she has made.
