Living in different regions, each with its own distinct lifestyle and community dynamics has enabled Kristina to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, making their specific needs her highest priority. As a non-native, she brings a fresh perspective and objective insights while understanding all that Maryland has to offer. Kristina and her family relocated for her husband's job opportunity in 2016, thinking it would be a short-term move. They quickly fell in love with the location, vibe, and Maryland pride, deciding to put down roots and stay. If there's one thing Kristina knows, it's the feeling of finding a place to call home, and she is passionate about helping others find the same.

With a foundation built on years of customer service and volunteer experience, Kristina prioritizes active listening and effective communication, ensuring every client feels heard and supported. She aims to make clients comfortable by guiding them through the process, ensuring clarity and confidence every step of the way. At the heart of Kristina's practice is a commitment to excellence and a focus on building lasting relationships based on trust and transparency.

Kristina earned her B.S. in Marketing from Emerson College and an MBA from Suffolk University. She and her husband, Peter, are raising four boys: Cohen, Wes, Luke, and Bennett. When not immersed in real estate, Kristina can usually be found cheering for her boys at lacrosse, basketball, baseball, or swim meets!
