JP is a New Mexico native who landed in Baltimore after graduating from Franciscan University with a Bachelors’s in Psychology. JP first fell in love with Charm City while living in Hampden and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. He has since moved to Catonsville and has a love for Baltimore’s city and suburban life. JP spent 4 years working as a psychiatric counselor in Baltimore. His work experience has pushed him to be a highly effective communicator, which allows him to quickly learn his client’s real estate wants and needs. JP has loved learning about the real estate market and investing as a hobby for years and is excited to take this love for real estate and his passion for helping people into his work at Next Step Realty.3

In his free time, JP loves to spend time with his wife and toddler. His family is working this year through a challenge to spend 1,000 hours outdoors, hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful state of Maryland.
