Native to Baltimore, Jewel McKinley specializes in (almost) everything involving her hometown metro area. She is an excellent adviser to her clients thanks to her vast experience both as an attorney and her previous work with real estate investors.

Prior to her career as a realtor, Jewel worked as an associate for the private equity firm ValStone Partners, underwriting properties for the firm’s residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Most recently, Jewel provided project management and marketing strategy consulting for private real estate investors, as well as acting as the Head of Compliance for a New York-based shipping startup. As an attorney, she also served as counsel to a commissioner of the Federal Maritime Commission.

Jewel uses her unique blend of skills gained from asset underwriting, negotiating with government officials and vendor partners, and as a compliance officer to provide the best service to her clients. Jewel is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and holds both a law degree and a master’s in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
