Amin Megahed is an ambitious Realtor who has been dedicated to helping his friends, family, and clients purchase or sell real estate since 2018. Raised in Maryland, Amin is the youngest of five children, all first-generation American. His father, born in Egypt, and his mother, born in the Philippines, met in Washington D.C. in the early eighties, and brought the family up throughout the DMV. In 2004, Amin landed in Crofton, Maryland, allowing him to plant roots and create relationships statewide.

Amin started his professional journey within the restaurant industry at the young age of 15. After building a powerful work ethic along with a strong business acumen, he began a career in sales. After gaining extensive experience in customer service, consumer education, and market research, Amin transitioned his career into Real Estate. When he is not engaged in his work, he spends his free time creating music and making memories with close friends and family.

Amin joined Next Step Realty with high ambitions to not only refine the client experience through exceptional delivery of care, but he aspires to grow his business by launching a team, and helping others grow within the business.
